Implemented professional systems including DocuSign for contracts, Wave for invoicing and financial tracking, and Asana for project management, ensuring seamless client experience despite being a solo operation.

Maximized meeting efficiency by consolidating discussion topics and providing clear progress updates, while maintaining flexible scheduling and proactive communication including reminder messages and confirmation protocols.
